The Dal Cero family has been making wine for over three generations, meticulously and personally carrying out every step of the production process, from vineyard to bottle.
Uncompromising respect for tradition, the fundamental principle for founder Augusto Dal Cero, remained a mission for his sons, Dario e Giuseppe. That principle, evolving over the years, became striving for the most eloquent expression of a growing area, made possible by the impressive expertise and total commitment of the latest generation of the family. The combination of the wide-ranging expertise of their fathers with the innovation and passionate commitment of their children has made it possible, today, for the Dal Cero family to create wines that are true treasures. On the slopes of two inactive volcanoes which results in extremely unique soil composition. With each generation leaving its mark on the family business by adding thoughtfully selected vineyards to the family operation, Dal Cero Family Vineyards now cultivate vineyards three important regions of Italy – Soave, Tuscany, and Valpolicella.
