In the glass this wine has a lovely purple colour with flecks of ruby. The nose is fruity and spicy with raspberries and blackberries, baking spices, and a hint of floral. The mouth is round and structured, underlined by a very slight sweetness finishing with a creamy length. Flavours of raspberries, blackberries and spice. Recommend decanting, cellar up to 15 years.
Lovely pale golden yellow colour, with aromas of orchard fruit, pears, apples, lemon, and notes of white flowers. In the palate, the wine is rich and ample with ripe fruits, good acidity and a zesty lemon finish. Fresh and bright with flavours of apricots, pear, bitter almond and lemon.
Beautiful purple with ruby highlights, a wonderful expression of Gamay; bright characteristic with bursts of cherry and a lively finish. Serve slightly chilled.
This Chiroublesis an example of the new, organic/bio-dynamic philosophy that ArthurandPierre introduced when they took over the estate in 2011. The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure that only healthy clusters are used. Natural yeasts are used for a spontaneous fermentation, following a traditional carbonic maceration. No sulfites are added throughout the process. A natural expression of Gamay with full berry flavours, a fresh acidity, and soft tannins.
On the nose, aromas of gooseberry, honeydew melon, and herb de provence with notes of green apple and almond. The palate is light and refreshing, with citrus, gooseberry, and a crisp green apple finish.
On the nose, this wine refers to stewed apricots and pears. On the palate we find all the characteristics we expect from a good Viognier: a unique, round vivacity with elegance and refinement in the finish. A hint of pleasant bitterness, reminiscent of orange peel, gives depth to the richness of the wine.
Deep, the nose favours aromas of blackcurrant and spices. The palate reveals notes of menthol and pepper underlined by tannins both firm and silky. Subtle notes of violet soften the tannins, velvety and supple on the palate.
Grown on old vines planted in 1965, this wine impresses with its fruity and fresh character. The aroma is a pleasant combination of white flowers and lightly toasted almonds. The character of the soil comes out in a great minerality, leading into a honeyed finish. Sélection Massale refers to a traditional vineyard management method whereby dead vines are replaced with clippings of the best and healthiest vines in the vineyard, retaining the character of terroir.
Well-balanced and slightly racy, very typical Chablis. It reveals notes of lemon, quince, and white flowers associated with discreet hints of white peach. Complemented by limestone/minerality (terroir) as well as an imperceptible hint of almond.

The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, well-built, racy and offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful suavity, elegance, and straight forward.
The pleasant mix of white flowers and citrus on the palate is complemented by the refreshing long finish and the elegant bubbles their consistent bead and creamy texture.
Immediately aromatic, with floral stone fruit, and citrus. Composed in the mouth with oak giving breadth and harmony; pleasant and well-made. Complex, rich, well structured.
