In the nose refreshing notes of pear, grapes, and citrus with underlying hints of oak providing complexity.

The complexity and richness are immediately noticeable in the aroma with charming scents of white flowers and white fruit. An introductory collection with miniature bottles of the L’Organic 04, 07, and 10. Together with two tasting glasses, it serves as a great introduction to the cognacs of Jean-Luc Pasquet and also makes for a very attractive gift. Perfect for a comparative cognac tasting, complemented by some dark chocolate.
Aromas of honey leap from the glass over stewed apricots with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon. A light and silky entry quickly builds into a sensational semi-sweet burst of fresh apricot and spice carried by gently warming spirit. Seamlessly integrated and perfectly balanced with excellent palate length. Finishes clean, drying and refreshingly grapey. A superb drink!
Lemon yellow in the glass, with aromas of Anjou pear, baked apple and pastry. Dry, nicely balance with good acidity and a crisp finish. Flavours of citrus, pear, sourdough, slate and mineral.
Lovely pale straw colour, with great aromatic richness. Wildflowers in bloom, fresh green grass, wet stones, zippy fruit, citrus and green apple. A round mouth with good intensity, fresh and fruity with a dry lasting finish — electrifying. Wonderful balance.
